We’ve baked the kolache trays for South Omaha weddings since the Eisenhower administration. Place orders at least seven days ahead.

Apricot, prune, poppyseed, cheese. Cherry in-season. Mixed boxes available. Two dozen minimum for special orders.

Christenings & milestones

Single-layer round, two-layer round, half-sheet, full-sheet. Vanilla, chocolate, lemon, cardamom. Buttercream or cream-cheese frosting. Hand-piped lettering included.

Houska, rye, dinner rolls

Reserve loaves the day before for guaranteed availability. Houska braided to order — plain, raisin, or both. Saturday rye sells out by 9:30 if not reserved.

Tell us what you want, when you need it, and roughly how many people you’re feeding. We’ll come back the same day with a quote.

Confirm with a 50% deposit

Cash or check at the counter, or Venmo. Once confirmed, the order is on the bake schedule.

Pick up the morning of

Most special orders are ready by 8 AM the day you need them. Kolaches and breads stay fresh in their boxes for the rest of the day.
